TO ALL MEMBERS of the Architectural Woodwork Manufacturers Association of Canada (“AWMAC”) in good standing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that AWMAC’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be called to order on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. EDT. AWMAC’s 2024 AGM will be offered in a hybrid format; in-person attendees are welcome to join us at the Hotel Place d’Armes in Montreal, Quebec, and virtual attendees are welcome to join us on Zoom, for the following purposes:

1. 1. To Apporve the AGM Minutes of June 10, 2023
   2. To receive the financial statements for the December 31, 2023 fiscal year
   3. To appoint the Public Accountant for the fiscal year ending 2024
   4. To introduce the 2024 – 2025 AWMAC National Board of Directors
   5. To transact such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting

AGM check-in starts at 10:30 a.m., with the AGM following at 11:00 a.m. There is no cost for members to attend.

Please register to attend or submit your proxies by Thursday, May 16, 2024 

Only one representative of each voting member may vote on resolutions. Voting members who cannot attend are encouraged to appoint a Proxy Holder to vote on their behalf.
