The AWMAC 2026 National Convention brings together Canada’s architectural woodwork community for three days of learning, leadership, and connection. For suppliers and industry partners, exhibiting at AWMAC is more than reserving booth space — it is participating in the Convention experience.
With a carefully curated exhibitor footprint and a program designed around meaningful networking, learning, and conversation, exhibitors are present in the moments where delegates naturally gather, connect, and engage throughout the event, allowing interaction to occur organically without interrupting Convention programming.
Exhibitors gain direct access to manufacturers, company owners, technical leaders, and decision-makers shaping standards, projects, and purchasing decisions across Canada.
For 2026, exhibitors are also invited to participate in the Friday Convention program, providing additional opportunities to engage with delegates in a more informed and collaborative setting while maintaining a clear distinction between exhibitor and delegate participation.

Set up – 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Welcome Reception & Expo – 6:30 pm – 10:30 pm*
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
* Following the Welcome Reception & Expo, an informal evening social continues in the same space until approximately 11:30 PM. Exhibitor attendance at booths is not required during this time; however, many exhibitors choose to remain and continue networking as conversations naturally carry on after the reception. Participation during this extended period is entirely optional and at the discretion of each exhibitor.
