The Welcome Reception and Industry Tradeshow kicks off the convention on the evening of Thursday, June 5. It’s the perfect opportunity for your company to connect with attendees on the convention’s first day.
To sign-up for a booth, complete the 2025 Convention Registration Form, and find it under “Sponsorship Opportunities”
Note: National Partners receive a discount on a booth, plus a set number of convention registrations per their partner level.
SHOWCASE DATE + TIME: Thursday, June 5 from 6:30pm – 10:00pm, and Friday, June 6 from 8:00am – 5:00pm
LOCATION: Alt Hotel Saskatoon | 480 2 Ave S, Saskatoon, SK S7K 5R4
SET UP: Thursday, June 5, 2025 | 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Tables will be pre-assigned and marked before arrival.
TAKE DOWN / MOVE-OUT: Friday, June 6 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm
SHIPPING: Items can be shipped to the Alt Hotel Saskatoon and received on or after Tuesday, June 3, 2025 to: Alt Hotel Saskatoon, 480 2 Ave S, Saskatoon, SK S7K 5R4, AWMAC Basecamp (Violet Room).

LOADING + UNLOADING: Items may be unloaded during the specified times. Please move your vehicles prior to setting up your booth.
