Jeremiah Brown won an Olympic silver medal as a member of the Canadian men’s eight rowing team at the London 2012 Olympic Games. A young father with a big dream, he is one of few Olympians ever to have started learning his sport only four years before winning a medal at the Olympics.

Brian McEachern has spent over 20 years in the manufacturing and construction industries. Brian joined PCL in 2011 as a project manager and was promoted to PCL’s Integrated Construction Services team as National Lean manager in 2019.
Lean at PCL is a fundamental operating strategy that delivers value to projects and – in turn – to clients by ensuring process efficiencies and waste reduction that saves both time and money. In his role, Brian works with districts across North America to increase efficiencies, reduce risk, and work smarter and safer.
