AWMAC AGM & Member Breakfast

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

AWMAC’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be called to order on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. EDT at the Hilton Toronto in Toronto, Ontario. AGM registration and breakfast open at 7:30 a.m.

PLEASE REGISTER TO ATTEND OR SUBMIT YOUR PROXIES BY FRIDAY, JUNE 2, 2023.

DID YOU KNOW?

  • All AWMAC members across Canada are invited to attend the AGM and breakfast at no cost.
  • All AWMAC manufacturer members, installer members, supplier members and life members are entitled to vote in person or send a proxy holder to vote on their behalf.
  • Anyone attending the AGM can be appointed as a proxy holder, including non-members. If you are unsure whom to appoint, your chapter’s national director is an option.
  • Registering in advance will save you time at the door and ensure you or your company has a vote – and breakfast!

AWMAC Leadership Meeting & Luncheon

Friday, June 9, 2023 | 2:00 – 4:30 pm  (previously scheduled for Saturday)

Location: Opus Room | Hilton Toronto

The guest list includes up to two attendees per chapter. As this meeting replaces the president’s and administrator’s meeting this year, it’s recommended that those individuals participate if they are attending the convention.

The meeting is an opportunity for national and chapter leaders (board/management, etc.) to connect and discuss AWMAC-related ideas, and needs, share information, etc. It’s an opportunity to identify how we can help each other and how we can support and grow AWMAC as a whole.
