The Welcome Reception and Industry Showcase kicks off the convention with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails right in the showcase! It’s the perfect opportunity for your company to connect with attendees on the convention’s first day.

Note: Partners receive a set number of convention registrations per their partner level.
SHOWCASE DATE + TIME: During the Welcome Reception | Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

SET UP: Thursday, June 8, 2023 | 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tables will be pre-assigned and marked before arrival.
TAKE DOWN / MOVE-OUT: Thursday, June 8, 2023 | 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
SHIPPING: Items can be shipped to the Hilton and received on or after Monday, June 5, 2023 to: Hilton Toronto, 145 Richmond Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 2L2, Canada, AWMAC Showcase June 8, Toronto Room 3

LOADING + UNLOADING: The Hilton loading dock is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and is located on the east end of the building. Travel past the hotel on 9th Avenue SW (heading east) and turn right into the alley at the end of the building. The loading dock is at the end of the alley on the right side. Please unload your materials and move vehicles before you set up your display.
PARTICIPATION: Please visit the Convention Check-In desk outside the AWMAC Lounge to pick up your badge and any additional information.
Registration and Information Desk Hours
ATTENDEES: Convention attendees and local architects and designers will begin entering the Welcome Reception and Showcase at 6:15 p.m.
