Registration Information

The following terms and conditions are applicable for all convention participants (“Participants”) attending the 2022 AWMAC National Convention (“Convention”).

• Registration does not include travel and accommodation. Participants are responsible for arranging their travel and accommodation.
• Registering for an event secures a space for you at the event, subject to overbooking.
• Unless an additional participation fee is noted explicitly in the registration system, activities and meals provided at the event are included in the Convention registration fee.
• Online registration more than three weeks before the Convention is strongly encouraged.
• Registrations are not valid until payment in full is received by the AWMAC office.
• In the case of registrations completed during the early rate, but payment is not submitted until AFTER the early rate deadline, the Participant will be required to pay the regular rate.
• Fees are subject to the registration date and the Participant’s membership status and type.
• Registrations are accepted only through the Convention registration system by PayPal.
