Think about it: waking in a world-class hotel in the majestic Rockies, taking in the fresh mountain air, golfing on a Stanley Thompson designed course.

This year, the Northern Alberta Chapter is hosting the 41st Convention and Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Jasper Park Lodge located just outside Jasper, Alberta., a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

For those interested, golf will take place the morning of Thursday May 20, 2010. Registration begins that evening with a cocktail reception. You also have the opportunity to go white water rafting and hiking. Or just relax and enjoy the spectacular views. Be sure to join us each evening in the hospitality suite for “spirited” conversation. The event wraps up Saturday May 22nd at the President’s Ball with dancing to the sounds of Smoke ‘n Mirrors. 

Our spouse events include a trip to the top of Whistlers Mountain on the Jasper Tramway, the longest and highest guided aerial ropeway in Canada.  Stroll or climb to the top of the mountain for some incredible photographs, and then lunch in the Treeline dining room. Spouses will also be bussing into Jasper for lunch and attendees will have the chance to check out some unique shops.  Don’t forget the photo opportunities with Jasper the Bear outside Baxter’s and perhaps a Mountie in red serge.

The convention will also provide seminars, a trade fair and the opportunity to interact with our National Partners. We expect guests from all over North America. Register soon, space is limited.
